All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not belonging to the Account holder) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000; maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level.
Bank transfer deposits typically process instantly or within 5 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are instant. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. sga77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution may impose transaction fees.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and currency conversion fees may apply.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC approved). Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your legal name that was previously used for deposits. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account under any circumstances.
Verified Accounts receive withdrawal processing within 1-3 hours during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 09:00-21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional security verification and extended processing time (up to 72 hours).
All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements detailed in Section 7. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting turnover requirements will result in request denial and potential Account review.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 100.000.000 per transaction and Rp 500.000.000 per month for verified Accounts. VIP Members enjoy higher limits. sga77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a 1% processing fee (minimum Rp 10.000).
sga77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page at the time of offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Real Money. Specific requirements vary by promotion. Wagering contributions differ by game type:
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opposite betting, minimal-risk wagering strategies, or collusion between Accounts to exploit promotions, is strictly prohibited. sga77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in abusive behavior. Each household/IP address/payment method is limited to one bonus claim per promotion unless otherwise stated.
When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet per round is Rp 25.000 (slots) or Rp 100.000 (sports bets) unless otherwise specified. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus is active may void associated winnings.

Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are independently audited and published by game providers. Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting event results.
In the event of game malfunction, software error, or system failure, all affected bets are void, and stakes are returned to affected Accounts. sga77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the User's end.
Casino game results are final once the round is completed and displayed. Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sportsbook rules. Settlement disputes must be raised within 14 days of the original event date.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to sga77. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirement balances are forfeited upon termination.
You may request Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting our Responsible Gaming team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga77 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and sga77.
